Practice Areas & Experience
Ms. Law focuses her practice on commercial and business transactions. She represents publicly and privately owned businesses in a broad range of matters including negotiation and drafting of commercial agreements with third parties, commercial real estate transactions (due diligence, acquisitions, financing, leasing and easements), asset and stock sales and general intercompany contracts. Ms. Law’s practice includes interpretation and analysis of applicable state and federal regulations on her clients’ businesses and counsel as to the business and compliance implications.
