The Science of Law

With a degree and background as an electrical engineer (Vought Aircraft) it’s no surprise that Geoff Mantooth has been attracted to the practice of intellectual property law, which includes patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, since 1985. A registered patent attorney, he writes and prosecutes patent applications in the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He has enforced patents through litigation and defended clients against charges of infringement. He has also enforced and defended trademarks and drafted licenses. Mr. Mantooth advises clients on how best to protect intellectual information whether through keeping trade secrets or obtaining copyrights.
