Bill Ratliff has more than 35 years of experience in commercial real estate, banking and finance corporate law and tax planning.  He has completed transactions involving advising clients on complex business entities and transactions; the acquisition, sale and leasing of commercial real estate; representation of both lenders and borrowers in complex finance transactions; representation of individuals, partnerships, and corporations in U.S. tax planning and tax controversies, acquisition and sale of insurance companies and serving as outside counsel for local business entities.  He has advised clients with design and implementation of all types of estate planning and family wealth preservation and transfer strategies.
