Patricia B. Cole was elected to the Texas Guardianship Association Board
Shareholder and elder law attorney, Patricia B. Cole, was elected to serve on the Board of Directors of the Texas Guardianship Association. Patricia was elected by fellow attorneys and other top social workers and professional guardians to serve in this three year role. The Texas Guardianship Association is best known for providing assistance to guardianship professionals through training, guidance, mentoring, advocacy and networking. She is excited about this appointment because it allows her to continue serving the elderly population of Texas.
Patricia’s partner Kelly Decker attributes Patricia’s “volunteer spirit” and the respect she has earned in the elder law field to her receipt of this honor. “Patricia puts her client’s interests at the highest level, in this case, state wide.” – Kelly Decker. This role is a natural transition for Patricia as she winds up her current term on the Texas Family and Protective Services Council.
Patricia Cole practices elder law in all aspects including probate litigation, business and corporate matters in and out of the court room, estate planning and probate.
