Constructing Results

  • Bryan represents clients on all matters relating to the construction industry.  Having worked as a project engineer and studied construction science, Bryan has the technical expertise and first-hand industry knowledge to handle complicated construction issues. This knowledge not only allows Bryan to relate and communicate more effectively with his clients, but also identify and address issues more quickly and efficiently.

Real Estate
  • Bryan prioritizes supporting clients in protecting their interests.  He brings a deep understanding of the complexities in the rapidly growing North Central Texas real estate market.  This attention to the subtle nuances in multifaceted real estate problems often makes the difference in meeting his clients’ unique needs.

Bryan brings relentless energy, diligence, and acumen to the practice of law at Decker Jones. He grounds his construction and real estate practice in a solid foundation of industry expertise.  As an undergraduate student at Texas A&M, Bryan studied construction science. And before law school, Bryan served as a project engineer for three commercial general contractors.  While studying at Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, Bryan externed with the largest Fortune 500 engineering and construction company.     Bryan draws on both his real-world experiences and his academic pursuits to identify practical solutions to complex construction, real estate, and property issues.

While attending SMU Dedman School of Law, Bryan served as a member of the Barrister’s Honor Society. Other activities included serving as the President of the Aggie Law Society and as a Senior Articles Editor on the SMU Science and Technology Law Review. Bryan contributed over two hundred hours in pro bono legal services to a local children’s hospital and graduated with both academic and public service honors. Outside of the office, Bryan enjoys running and spending time at his family’s ranch just west of Fort Worth.  He is an active member of the Fort Worth A&M Club, Steeplechase Club, and Texas Young Lawyers Association.
