His real estate background includes extensive practice in leasing transactions, purchase and sale transactions, financing transactions, and real estate development projects. Goodrich is a native of Fort Worth, where he advocates for the community through his work with the Bobby Bragan Youth Foundation. He enjoys supporting at-risk students in reaching their dreams and helping the organization raise funds for millions of dollars in scholarships. He also serves as a member of the Board of Trustees for The Goodrich Center for the Deaf.
