Michael S. Goodrich is a seasoned commercial transaction and litigation attorney with 35 years of experience serving clients with precision and discernment. He represents clients efficiently and effectively in a variety of commercial matters, including general business transactions as well as company formation and operations. His real estate background includes extensive practice in leasing transactions, purchase and sale transactions, financing transactions, and real estate development projects. He is certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Commercial Real Estate Law, and has a rich understanding of the complexities and opportunities in the real estate sector.
Goodrich is a native of Fort Worth, where he advocates for the community through his work with the Bobby Bragan Youth Foundation. He enjoys supporting at-risk students in reaching their dreams and helping the organization raise funds for millions of dollars in scholarships. He also serves as a member of the Board of Trustees for The Goodrich Center for the Deaf.
In his leisure time, Goodrich enjoys exercising, reading, and watching football and baseball games. He is an avid amateur photographer, and enjoys documenting the world around him through a camera lens.
