  • Mr. Fulkerson represents buyers and sellers of privately held companies in transactions ranging from $10 million up to several hundred million dollars. Recently represented the seller in a stock deal in which the seller sold all of the outstanding stock of a manufacturing company.

Estate Planning & Probate
  • Represents clients with the creation of trusts and the drafting of wills and powers of attorney. Represents clients during estate administration and probate matters.

BIO

Adam J. Fulkerson is a tax attorney who represents clients in all types of federal, state, and local taxation matters. Mr. Fulkerson’s practice focuses on tax planning and the taxation of businesses, business owners, and investors, with a particular emphasis on the taxation of pass-through entities.

A significant portion of Mr. Fulkerson’s practice also focuses on structuring, negotiating, and drafting partnership, limited liability company, and shareholder agreements, as well as counseling clients on choice of entity issues, corporate reorganizations, like-kind exchanges, deferred compensation arrangements, and the formation, acquisition, disposition, and liquidation of business entities. In addition to representing for-profit business entities, he also counsels tax-exempt organizations.

Mr. Fulkerson also regularly counsels individuals on their estate planning needs and represents fiduciaries during the administration of trusts and estates.
