Mr. Bevis understands the condemnation process can be confusing and frightening, especially when the land has sentimental value or the condemnor does not negotiate in good faith. The Texas “quick take” condemnation procedure moves quickly, and Mr. Bevis helps clients negotiate what is hopefully a fair price. When a resolution cannot be amicably be reached with the condemnor, Mr. Bevis can assist with the commissioners’ hearing and subsequent litigation.
