Bradley H. Rice, a partner at Decker Jones, McMackin, McClane, Hall & Bates, has been elected to a three-year term to serve as a member of the Council for the Construction Law Section of the State Bar of Texas.
The section consists of nine elected members and five board members. It has more than 1,000 legal professionals from the public and private sectors as Members involved in the practice of construction law as licensed attorneys of the Texas State Bar Association. The Section provides its members and associate members with quality continuing legal education (CLE). It also provides a forum for networking between construction industry legal professionals and provides a quarterly journal of important matters in construction law.
