Adam Fulkerson, a member of Decker Jones’ Business & Corporate Section, has been promoted to Senior Associate. Adam credits the high level work he has been provided by the likes of Chuck Milliken, Janet Hahn and Jim Stripling in providing him the opportunity to advance as a lawyer and as a member of the Decker Jones family.

It is no surprise to the Shareholders of Decker Jones that Adam, having obtained his LL.M. in Taxation from SMU in 2014 and his J.D. from Texas Tech summa cum laude, that he would have the highest level of work product. Chuck Milliken describes Adam as an “irreplaceable teammate with a bright future at Decker Jones” and “without a doubt, deserving of this promotion.”

Adam practices primarily corporate and tax law. He advises clients in forming companies, creating partnerships, buying and selling companies, and creating succession plans. His Tax knowledge sets him apart in his field.
