Decker Jones is proud to announce that Michael S. Goodrich, seasoned real estate and commercial transaction attorney, has joined the team. Goodrich brings decades of experience serving clients with expertise through countless commercial real estate and general business transactions, including company formation and operations, as well as real estate projects including extensive practice in leasing transactions, purchase and sale transactions, financing transactions and real estate development projects.
Goodrich, certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Commercial Real Estate Law, will work primarily with the Decker Jones Real Estate Practice—a team of dynamic attorneys who are industry leaders in commercial and residential real estate and development.
